Refund policy
Refund and returns policy
This policy applies to every order placed on sculpette.com. It explains the guarantee we offer, the rights the law gives you on top of it, and exactly how to use either one. Nothing here reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. The 30-day fit guarantee
An adhesive insert or a sticky bra is impossible to judge until it is on your body. We do not ask you to judge it any other way.
Wear your piece once, at home, with the outfit you bought it for. If the fit is wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will exchange it for a different size or refund it. The piece may have been worn for that single fitting. It must come back with its storage film and in a condition that shows it was fitted rather than used.
The 30-day fit guarantee is a commercial promise we make voluntarily. It sits on top of your legal rights and does not replace them.
2. Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an online order without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person named by you, receives the goods. Where an order arrives in several parcels, the period ends 14 days after the day you receive the last item.
To cancel, tell us clearly before the period ends, by email to support@sculpette.uk. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. Simply writing "I am cancelling order #1234" is enough.
After telling us you are cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
3. Goods that cannot be cancelled once opened
Body tape is sealed for health and hygiene reasons. Once that seal is broken, the statutory cancellation right no longer applies to it. This is the exception set out in regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and it does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Adhesive inserts, sticky bras and nipple covers are supplied on a storage film and are not sealed for hygiene in this sense. They can be cancelled and returned in the normal way.
4. How to return something
- Email support@sculpette.uk with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- We reply within one working day with the return address and instructions.
- Put each piece back on its storage film and pack it in the original box where you still have it.
- Send it with a tracked service and keep the proof of postage.
Until the parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility, which is why we ask for a tracked service. We cannot refund a return that never arrives and cannot be traced.
5. Who pays the return postage
You pay the cost of returning goods when you are cancelling an order or using the fit guarantee. We pay it when the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered — in those cases we will either send a prepaid label or refund your postage on production of the receipt.
6. Refunds
We process refunds to the original payment method within 3 working days of the returned parcel reaching us, and we email you when we do. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show the money, usually a further 3 to 5 working days. We have no control over that part.
Where you cancel an entire order under the 14-day right, we refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid. Where you cancel part of an order, or use the fit guarantee, we refund the price of the goods returned. If you chose a delivery service more expensive than our standard one, we refund the standard cost only, as the Regulations allow.
We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods — in plain terms, beyond trying the piece on once.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If yours are not:
- Within 30 days of delivery you have the short-term right to reject and to a full refund.
- Within six months you may ask for a repair or replacement. If that fails, you may claim a refund, which may be reduced to reflect use.
- Up to six years (five years in Scotland) you may still have a claim where a fault was present at the time of delivery.
Email us a photograph and your order number. We will not ask you to post a faulty item back at your own cost before we put it right.
8. What we cannot accept back
- Pieces worn beyond a single fitting, or returned without their storage film.
- Pieces damaged by misuse, by washing against the care instructions, or by adhesive contaminated with lotion, oil, powder or fabric fibres.
- Body tape whose hygiene seal has been broken, unless it is faulty.
- Anything returned more than 30 days after delivery under the fit guarantee, or outside the statutory periods above.
If you are unsure whether your situation fits any of this, write to us before you post anything. We would rather have the conversation than have you lose a parcel.
9. Exchanges
We exchange for a different size or shade of the same product, subject to stock. Tell us the size you want when you request the return; we reserve it while your parcel is on its way. If the piece you want is unavailable we refund instead.
10. Model cancellation form
