Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.

What it costs

Delivery is free on every order over £45. Below £45 it is a flat £3.95, whatever is in the basket. The cost is shown in the basket before you pay, so there is never a surprise at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are posted the next working day. Delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch for most addresses. Remote postcodes can take a day or two longer.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. An order placed on Friday evening is posted on Monday.

Tracking

You get a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take a few hours to show its first scan — that is Royal Mail updating their system, not a problem with your parcel.

If tracking stops moving

Give it five working days. Parcels do sit still in the network and then move again. If it has been longer than that, email us and we will chase it with Royal Mail, and if it does not turn up we will resend or refund. You do not have to argue with us about it.

Wrong or incomplete address

We post to the address exactly as you typed it. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — before the dispatch email we can usually correct it, and after it we cannot. A parcel returned to us because the address was wrong can be reposted at your cost.
