1. Where we deliver
We deliver to every address in the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom, and an order with a non-UK delivery address cannot be completed at checkout.
2. Cost
| Order value | Service | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| £45 and over | Royal Mail Tracked 48 | Free |
| Under £45 | Royal Mail Tracked 48 | £3.95 |
The threshold is calculated on the value of the goods in your basket after any discount and before delivery. The exact cost is shown in your basket and again at checkout before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.
3. Dispatch times
We pick and pack Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the following working day.
An order placed on Friday evening therefore leaves us on Monday. During a sale period, dispatch can take one additional working day, and we say so on the website when that is the case.
4. Delivery times
All orders travel with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which delivers within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch for the great majority of UK addresses, including a Saturday delivery where Royal Mail operates one on your route.
Remote postcodes — parts of the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands — can take one to two working days longer. That is a feature of the network rather than a delay on our side.
Delivery estimates are estimates. They are not guaranteed times, and we are not able to promise delivery on a named day.
5. Tracking
You receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to Royal Mail. The number becomes active when the parcel receives its first network scan, which can be several hours after the email arrives. Tracking that shows nothing on the first evening is normal and is not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
6. If your parcel is late or stops moving
Parcels sit still in the network and then move again more often than people expect. Our working rule is five working days without a scan. Beyond that, email us with your order number and we open a case with Royal Mail directly — you do not need to contact them yourself.
Royal Mail treats a Tracked 48 item as lost once it is ten working days past its due date. At that point, or earlier if the evidence is clear, we resend your order or refund it in full. The choice is yours.
7. Marked as delivered but not received
Check with neighbours, look for a "something for you" card, and open the tracking detail — Royal Mail often photographs the safe place or records the name of the person who signed. If the parcel is still missing 24 hours later, email us. We will open an enquiry with Royal Mail and sort you out either way; we do not leave customers to argue with the carrier alone.
8. Addresses
We post to the delivery address exactly as it is entered at checkout, so please check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately: before the dispatch email we can usually correct it, and after it we cannot.
A parcel returned to us because the address was incomplete, incorrect or unclaimed can be reposted, with the delivery charge payable again. If you would prefer a refund instead, we refund the goods, less the original delivery cost where one was paid.
9. Packaging and discretion
Orders are posted in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing printed on the outside indicates what is inside or who sent it. Each piece arrives on its storage film, which is also how it should be kept between wears.
10. Risk and ownership
Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to the address you gave us, at which point risk passes to you. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
11. Taxes and duties
All prices on the website are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Because we deliver only within the United Kingdom, there are no import duties, customs charges or handling fees on any order.
12. Missing or damaged items in a delivered parcel
Tell us within 14 days of delivery if something is missing from your parcel or arrived damaged. Send a photograph of the item and the packaging with your order number, and we replace or refund it. Keep the packaging until the matter is settled, as the carrier can ask to see it.
