This notice sets out the information that a business trading online in the United Kingdom is required to publish under the Companies Act 2006, the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015, the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Sculpette is a trading name of Primevia Ltd. Correspondence should be addressed to the email above; we answer within one working day, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

2. Nature of the business

We sell adhesive bra inserts, adhesive bras, silicone nipple covers and body tape to consumers in the United Kingdom, through this website only. We do not operate a physical shop and do not sell through third-party marketplaces.

3. Prices, currency and VAT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies, at the rate in force on the day of the order. Delivery charges are shown separately in the basket and at checkout, before payment. Where the business is not VAT registered, no VAT is charged and no VAT invoice is issued.

4. Contract formation and language

A contract is formed when we send the dispatch email, as set out in our terms of service. Contracts are concluded in English, and the terms are available on this website at the time of ordering. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.

5. Consumer rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are set out in full in our refund policy, including the 14-day right to cancel and the model cancellation form.

6. Alternative dispute resolution

If a complaint cannot be resolved between us, you may be entitled to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider. We are not currently a member of a specific ADR scheme, and we will tell you in writing if that changes. Nothing in this notice limits your right to bring court proceedings.

7. Product information and claims

Performance statements used on this website — for example the lift a padded insert provides, the number of wears a piece will take, or the hold of body tape — describe typical results when the product is applied to clean, dry skin and cared for as instructed. Results vary between individuals. Our products are not medical devices, make no medical claim, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

8. Intellectual property

The Sculpette name, logo, photographs, illustrations and website copy are the property of Primevia Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

9. Third-party links

Where this website links to a site we do not operate, the link is provided for convenience and does not imply endorsement. We have no control over the content, privacy practices or security of external sites and accept no responsibility for them.

10. Accessibility

We aim to keep this website usable for as many people as possible, including with a screen reader or keyboard alone. If you meet a barrier on any page, write to support@sculpette.uk describing what happened and we will fix it or find another way to help you place your order.

11. Governing law

This notice and any dispute arising from it are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
