  2. Cups low and widePeel the film and place each cup from the outside in, a little lower than you think
  3. PressHold each cup for ten seconds so the adhesive sets
  4. Clasp lastBring the cups together and close the clasp. The padding pushes up as the clasp pulls in
  5. Take it off slowlyOpen the clasp, then peel each cup from the outer edge inward
  • Wash — Warm water and a drop of mild soap on the adhesive, fingertips only
  • Dry — Adhesive side up on the storage film, air dry. Do not wring the padding
  • Store — Cups back on the film, flat, away from heat

Five minutes the first time, thirty seconds after that. Placing it low is the whole trick — pressed on from the top you get coverage, started at the bottom you get shape.

  • 1. Clean, dry skinNo moisturiser, no oil, no fake tan still developing. Adhesive silicone grips skin, not the film on top of it.
  • 2. Peel from the cornerNever from the middle — that stretches the adhesive and leaves a dull patch that never grips as well again. Keep the film.
  • 3. Place low, then liftBottom edge against the underside first, then press upward and inward.
  • 4. Press and holdTen seconds a side. Body heat is what sets the grip.
  • 5. Check the mirrorBoth sides even before you get dressed.
